Shipping Policy
Our shipping policy is designed to ensure that your orders are delivered with care and efficiency.
We aim to keep our shipping costs reasonable. We want you to feel confident about your purchases, so we make sure to provide clear information about our shipping methods and costs.
We ship using Australia Post at a flat rate of $15.00 and FREE shipping with any order over $100.
We send your sign within 2 business days.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Koco Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your product.
If you need to return a product due to a fault, we are here to assist you.
If in the unfortunate event your sign is delivered to you damaged, please contact us straight away.
Take photos of damaged or faulty product and send to support@kocodesign.com with your name and order number. We will organise a replacement or refund after the issue is confirmed as a default in manufacturing.
